Well, it all seems so long ago now, but here goes - an attempted record of the shenanigans on Gran Canaria in the summer of 2003.
Playa Del Ingles, Gran Canaria
We organised everything pretty quick when it was decided it’d be a laugh for a few of us from work to go on a bit of a junket down to Gran Canaria. Well, actually we were debating a few places to go, but Gareth had been to Gran Canaria before and made a strong case. Translated - he said it was cheap, sunny, and a good place to hang out - a bit of an English seaside resort that just happened to be Spanish, and slightly off the coast of Africa.
